The Prestige Tellapur project gallery first presents the full township. It shows how 10 towers are arranged across 28.28.7 acres. The towers are placed around the central green area instead of filling the middle of the site.

About 80% of the project is planned as open space. This figure includes the central park, roads, amenities, setbacks and other outdoor areas. The gallery shows how these spaces connect with the residential towers.

The complete project view also displays the height difference between the podium and residential floors. Homes begin above the basement and podium parking. This places the first residential level at an elevation of about 50 feet.

The Prestige Tellapur Tower Gallery presents the planned architecture of the 10 residential towers. Each tower has 2 basement floors, 3 parking podiums and 52 floors of apartments.

The tower display helps buyers study the balcony pattern, façade and podium design. It also shows the distance between tower blocks. Wider gaps can improve daylight, airflow and privacy inside the apartments.

Each residential floor is planned with about 8 to 10 homes. The tower mix includes compact 2 BHK apartments, several 3 BHK variants and larger 4 BHK corner homes. Selected towers face the central park, while the western side looks towards the ICRISAT green belt.

The 11-acre central park is the main attraction in the Prestige Tellapur Gallery. It is planned as one continuous green space between the towers.

The model shows the position and height of all 10 towers. It also presents the central park, clubhouse blocks, internal roads and landscaped zones. A side view helps buyers understand the 3 podium levels below the 52 residential floors.

The scale-model display is useful when comparing tower positions. It shows which towers face the central area and which sit near the project boundary. However, it cannot show the exact view from every apartment.

The latest Prestige Tellapur Gallery includes on-site views recorded in June 2026. They present the entrance, boundary fencing, internal roads, site offices and early work areas.

By August 2026, land clearing and ground preparation had moved forward. Piling equipment was working on the tower foundations. Retaining-wall work was also in progress around the planned basement zones.

These updates show the project during early construction. They must not be confused with the completed township presentation. The target possession date is April 2031.
